13 year old boy shot
Ugh. 2 groups of youths, of whom 6 were arrested (all between 14-15 years old), tussle and a kid winds up getting shot. Again.
Where are the parents? Where is the public outcry for families to get control of their children?
UPDATE: 2 of the six are now charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault.
